Due to some internet connections gremlins on the server hosting the UK-NET-HUB (27721) room, there is now an additional UK based conference room being used.
The second room is called CQ-UK (27793).
The number of Yaesu Fusion users is definitely increasing. We are seeing more and more new Nodes, Gateways and Repeaters springing up each month, so I guess having multiple UK rooms isn't such a bad thing in the long run. It can get a bit congested when you have 30+ repeaters and Gateways all connected to a single room.
I should imagine that as we see the number of users continue to increase, we will see further restructuring of the current conference room system.

Yaesu WiRES X Digital Fusion Internet Linking Network in 2017
Happy New Year!
The Gillingham WiRES X Digital Gateway is still up and running, and still regularly connected to the UK-NET-HUB room (27721). Activity is varied throughout the day and evening, with my Gateway only being available while I'm in attendance. Apart from the occasional internet connection gremlin, there has been no significant issues with the system.
As you can see by the screen grab from the Gateway computer, there are always a fair few nodes (-ND), Gateways (-GW), and Repeaters (-RPT) connected up to the UK-NET-HUB "room". Don't be shy, if you're in range, please feel free to put out a call, or even reconnect to another room if you fancy a slightly more exotic response.
